Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped

Horo Remedy is an online service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods — no gemstones, yantras, printed reports or other items — so there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses or courier timelines.

How and when you receive what you buy

• Plans (Pro, Lifetime, Astrologer) — the plan is applied to your account the moment Razorpay confirms your payment, normally within a few seconds. Pro gives one year of access from the date of payment (added on to any Pro time you already have); Lifetime and Astrologer do not expire for as long as the service operates and your account exists.
• AI request packs — the requests are added to your account balance the moment payment is confirmed. They do not expire while your account exists.
• Receipt — a numbered receipt is issued immediately. It is always available on your Your Account page and is also emailed to you when email delivery is set up.

Everything is used by signing in at hororemedy.com, in any modern web browser, from anywhere.

If it doesn't arrive

If your payment went through but your plan or requests are not showing within 15 minutes (for example, because a UPI app returned late), sign out and back in first. If they still aren't there, email us via the Contact page with your Razorpay payment ID and we will add them or refund you in full — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
